You can cancel or modify your pledge at any time via Kickstarter's self-service (before the final 24 hours)
No charge is made until the campaign successfully funds
If the project doesn't reach its funding goal, no one is charged

15-Day Return Window
We want you to love ECOFORGE. If you're not completely satisfied, you may return your ECOFORGE TOOLS within 15 days of delivery for a full refund.
To be eligible for a return:
your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it (In addition to product quality issues). It must also be in the original packaging, accessories, and documentation must be included
Item must be in its original condition, free of damage or modification
How to initiate a return:
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please ask our customer service (support@myecoforge.com) to make sure you return the package to the right address.
Please do not return goods directly to the place of delivery without communicating with customer service. We will not accept this type of return or refund.
