At ECOFORGE, we believe in transparency and efficiency, just like our tools. As we prepare for the official launch of our E4 battery ecosystem, here is our current shipping strategy and fulfillment plan.

Shipping Strategy

To ensure a smooth delivery process for our global community, we have developed a two-tiered fulfillment approach:

United States: All orders destined for the U.S. will be shipped in bulk via freight to our local domestic warehouse. From there, your rewards will be processed and dispatched using trusted local carriers like USPS, ensuring faster transit times and reliable tracking.

Other regions: For all other regions, we will utilize efficient cross-border shipping services. These packages will be sent directly from our manufacturing facility to your doorstep, ensuring global coverage for our maker community.

Address Collection

We value your precision and support. Once the Kickstarter campaign concludes successfully, we will send out a survey via BackerKit (or our chosen pledge management platform) to collect your final shipping information.
