Every ECOFORGE TOOL is backed by a 12-month limited warranty from the date of activation (first power-on). We stand behind the quality of our engineering.
What's covered:
Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship
Hardware malfunctions under normal use
Firmware issues caused by factory software
What's not covered:
Damage from drops, impacts, collisions, or misuse
Water damage (submersion or heavy rain exposure)
Unauthorized modifications, disassembly, or third-party repairs
Normal wear and tear (scratches, scuffs, wheel tread wear)
Lost or stolen units
Damage caused by use outside of product specifications
How Warranty Service Works

Repair or Replace: If a hardware defect is confirmed:
We ship a replacement unit or part at no cost
